Use it for a calculation error, a wrong or outdated fact, an accessibility problem, a price observation or a quotation you want corrected or removed, or a privacy question.
What makes a useful report.
Include the page URL, values used, displayed result, expected result, browser and whether the concern is calculation, accessibility, wording or provenance. Do not send a VIN, plate number, phone number or unredacted invoice.
What happens next.
We acknowledge the report, reproduce it on the current version and classify it. A confirmed error is corrected, and a removal request from a seller, publisher or rights holder is answered, within 7 days. A material change to a calculation or a published figure is dated on the affected page. We reply only to the address you wrote from.
What we cannot do.
We cannot inspect your vehicle, judge a shop, give legal advice or tell you whether a price is fair.
